Terms of Service

These terms cover how Sitebloom (ABN 96 692 975 107) works. We’ve kept them plain. By enquiring or becoming a customer, you agree to what’s below.
What we do
We design, build and host websites for small businesses for $10 per month. That price covers your hosting, security, ongoing updates and the changes you need to keep your site current.
The free build
We build your website first and show it to you before you pay anything. There’s no cost and no obligation to see it. You only start the $10/month once you’re happy and ready to take your site live.
No lock-in
You can cancel at any time — there are no contracts and no exit fees. Because your site is hosted and managed on our platform, it stays live while your subscription is active and comes offline if you cancel or stop paying. We don’t provide the website’s source files and the site isn’t transferable to another host — but you’re never trapped: if you’d like to take your site with you, you can buy it out for a one-off fee. Just ask.
Your content
Any text, images, logos or other material you give us remains yours, and you confirm you have the right to use it. You’re responsible for making sure your content is accurate and lawful. The website we build (including its files and source code) and the platform it runs on remain part of the Sitebloom service.
Acceptable use
Please don’t use our service for anything unlawful, misleading, or that infringes someone else’s rights. We may decline or end service for misuse.
Availability
We work hard to keep sites fast and online, but we can’t promise the service will be uninterrupted or error-free at every moment. We’ll always do our best to put things right quickly.
Liability
Our service comes with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits those rights. Beyond that, and to the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to re-supplying the service or covering the cost of doing so.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version.
